ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms
apply and must be complied with at all times by all persons occupying suite(s) whether as an in-house guest or visitor. The management reserves the right to evict any person for failure to comply with these conditions.
- Check-in time is after 2.00PM. Early check-in are subject to availability.
- Checkout time is 12.00 Noon. Any extension (maximum 6.00PM) will be subject to availability and day use rate charges will be levied accordingly.
- All rentals are to be settled in full upon check-in and additional deposit may be required as guarantee against damages, missing items and other charges
- All guests and visitors must register at the reception
- Visitor(s) of registered guests are to leave suite units by 11.00PM or otherwise be deemed to be stay over and additional charges will be leived accordingly.
- Suite(s) and its fixtures and fittings, equipments and utensils must kept clean and in good working order at all times. Any repairs, restoration, replacements or maintenance works required as a result of guest or visitor's default will be borne by the registered guest.
- Kindly refrain from cooking pork in the suite
- Gambling and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- The management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person(s), vechicle(s), or property of the guest or visitors whilst in the apartment.
- Partying and excessive noise are not permitted in the suite(s). Guest(s) shall keep all TV and audio equipment sets a reasonable volume level.
- Throwing of any objects from the balcony of an apartment is strictly prohibited as it may result in personal injuries or damage to property
- For your convenience, safe deposit boxes are available at the reception free of charge. Management is not responsible for any cash/valuable left in the apartment
