TERMS & CONDITIONS
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Extra Mattress or Extra Person is chargeable at RM20.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent with the existing beddings.
•	Parking is chargeable at RM5.00 nett per car per day.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period :
•	- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
•	- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card. We shall debit from your credit card the total amount for the rooms reserved as a deposit prior to your arrival date. For those who opted to pay cash you shall be advised during the confirmation stages to make the deposit into the resort's bank account which shall also be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	All payments by Credit Card or cash shall be collected at the Resort's less whatever deposit that have been collected by us.
•	We accept most major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
	NORMAL PERIOD The full deposit amount shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. In the event of cancellation, a minimum administration fee of RM50.00 shall be charged to the guest. PEAK PERIOD The full deposit amount shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation made within 16 DAYS prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. In the event of cancellation, a minimum administration fee of RM50.00 shall be charged to the guest.

	PARKING CHARGES Parking chargeable at RM5.00 nett per car per day.

OTHER FACILITIES :
	Facilities at the apartments includes Kitchenette, living room, spacious balcony, shower/bathroom, fully air conditioned, twin/queen beds, TV, IDD telephones and refrigerator. The living & dining area comes with a sofa set, tea table, a dining table and a TV set. The kitchenette is equipped with electrical cattle, stove, cutleries will be given upon request . Cooking utensil set which included pots and pans is available upon request and are chargeable at RM20.00 per set. The apartment is tiled from wall to wall throughout. Other facilities includes restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court, easy walking distances to all major eateries, entertainment, shopping & beaches, mini market, daily house keeping service, safe deposit boxes & laundry service. We do not have facilities for breakfast, however we do have café that is open during lunch and dinner.
